4. Order tracking

5. Receiving your order
Upon delivery, please check the condition of your package.
If you notice visible damage or any issue, report it immediately to the carrier and contact our customer service at [email address] within 48 hours.
6. Delays or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at [email address].
We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Care instructions and disclaimer
Your CeeCee product is completely unique and handcrafted. Each piece is humanely and ethically
made, with minimal use of industrial machinery, resulting in subtle variations and natural
imperfections that re ect true artisanal craftsmanship.
Care & Preservation
* Handle with care, as artisanal products require special attention.
* Protect from direct exposure to water, heat, and prolonged sunlight.
* After each wear, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning on leather parts, apply a
neutral leather cream sparingly with a clean applicator.
* Store with shoe trees to help maintain shape and absorb moisture.
* Allow shoes to rest between wears; avoid wearing on consecutive days.
* Certain textiles or fabrics will mark please wear with care
* If exposed to moisture, let them dry naturally, away from direct heat sources.
Sole Care
* The rubber sole will naturally wear down over time. We recommend adding a thin rubber protector
through a trusted cobbler once wear becomes visible.
* Rubber soles may leave marks on certain indoor or delicate surfaces; avoid wearing in such
environments. On harder surfaces, any light rubber marks can usually be removed, similar to erasing
tire marks.
Aftercare :
While every e ort has been made to ensure durability and longevity, should you encounter any
issues with your shoes, please contact us directly so we can provide a solution.
Materials are sourced in Senegal but as many raw materials up cycled and 2nd hand, the origin source of these can be unknown.

* Natural variations in leather, minor markings, and signs of wear are normal characteristics of
artisanal products and shall not be considered defects.

🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (EU law)
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation required.

2. Return conditions
Returned items must be:

New, unworn, and unwashed

In their original packaging (including the shoebox)

Accompanied by the receipt or order number
Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return time limit
Once you’ve notified us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or a shipping error on our part.
If we made a mistake, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within [e.g. 10 business days] using the same payment method as your purchase.

8. Size exchanges
Where possible we can offer to change size but as many of our pieces are 1 of 1 or custom, if there is no replacement pair we cannot offer this service
