BIENNALE IN DAKAR

We participated in the OFF de la Biennale in Dakar 2024 to showcase Pilot 1: Dakar,. It is a first iteration and proposal of our vision and intentions in material form through the medium of footwear. Presenting a Women’s and Men’s collection of shoes made entirely from surplus materials, dead stock leathers, tires & other diverse components sourced locally.

Limiting the use of industrial machinery, these limited pairs are handmade using traditional practices by shoemakers & artisans in Dakar, managed by Christina Diaw and handmade by Ndiasse Seye.

Working with local talent and production, the lookbook was shot by Badara Preira, produced by Naett Mbaye, styled by Dourane Fall.
The collection  was shown at La Villa Racine, 37 Rue Jules Ferry in Plateau.
